Hi,
We are having a small issue with the link in the email
body. We use an automated system to generate email with
URL in them to different users to check the status of the
transactions. When they click on the link it will take
them to the desstination page without any navigation.
It is working for some users and not for others. All of
them are using Outlook 2000. Is there any setting they
need to do?. It looks like it is inserting some CR/LF
characters for some users. What could be wrong?. Some of
them are using Exchange server and some of them are using
POP3 servers.

Thanks
DR

Have you noticed if the ones that can't use the URL
are using WORD as their editor?

Yes. That is correct. Is there any patch to fix this or
any workaround?

What version of Word are you using? Any service packs (SP)?
What Internet browser are you using? What version including SP's?

Have you tested just using the URL in WORD alone? (To try and
identify if the problem is in Outlook or Word)

Is the URL an https for secured site or is it a strait http?

Do they get any error, or does it just simply not work? If they do get
an error, what is it?

Here are just a couple of many possible solutions (without having more
detail):
