URL for the Epson 2100 CD Printing software?

Hi,
Apparently the Epson CD printing application (for printers such as the
2100), is supposed to be available on the Russian Epson web site.
The URL I have at the moment is
http://support.epson.ru/products/drivers/000781/pricd_110e.zip but that just
produces a web page in Russian - no download. ;) Does anyone have a working
link? I have the 2200, but it seems that it's going to be fairly easy to
fashion a CD holder, according to some newsgroup posts.
