url blocked and no firewall

ok dumb me blocked urls and now i can no longer connect
to the internet with my network but the computer i share
my conection with is still connected after i blocked
urls i scanned my pc with spyware it asked to restart to
remove files once done my firewall was then disabled it
shows all this at the bottom of my icon tray with a
computer with a yellow button saying no connection to
network and once i hit repair it stops as it can verfyie
my ip

and it all happened in like 5 mins

any hekp would be grateful
