URL Address Remove single autocomplete entry

I love autocomplete in the address bar but over time I end up with
excess entries that are simular from typing in incorrect url.

I have tried selecting and deletign like you do in the auto complet
forms but it does not work.

Is there any way without purging the completed history?

These entries are in the registry in a TypedURLs key:

It's an easy registry edit...
or
EditURLs from http://www.aandrc.com/editurls/index.htm
or
IE Address Bar Editor: http://www.freesoft.fsnet.co.uk/ieedit01.htm
will clear selected entries.

To remove hidden AutoComplete entries in History:

Note: the above will remove *all* entries .....
