Urgently need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

somebody please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am running windows xp prof in my home computer. it have 2 partition i
saved my data in second partition. the data in secondry is highly requried
for my office and i put encryption on it. everything was working smooth
untill unless the today morning. some how my windows get coprrupt. so i
format my primary partition and reinstall the windows again. after formating
when i try to open the files from second patition. it is unable to open.and i
am not able to remove the encryption from tht fiels it is nealry 57files and
all files are very important. can anybody guide me how can i remove
encription from those files. to make toe file it take me 9 months so pleae
help me
 
If the files are actually encrypted and it is not an Ownership issue,
they are as good as gone unless you have back-ups of the appropriate
keys.
They can not be recreated after the fact and creating another
identical account is not sufficient.

prevent this type of data loss in the future.

If the your encryption certificates and keys were not backed up
before the reinstallation, and the workstation isn't part of a domain
(whose Administrator might act as the designated recovery agent), those
files are gone, for all practical purposes. Encryption works well and
there is no "back door" or hack to access the files. (Wouldn't be much
point to EFS if it were easily by-passed.)
