I just got my lab top but every time i try to connect to
the internet and download for example the lates msn
messenger a screen pops up and says that NT Authority
System has caused an unexpected shutdown. That it was
caused by the Remote Procedure Call or something like
that. What can I do???

You most likely caught Blaster on the unprotected computer.
