URGENT!!

Please can someone help me. For some reason my pc is only running using a
guest account. I can't get administrator options at all, I am just about
pulling my hair out as I can't download or even use system restore as "you
don't have administrator privileges".
How on earth do I get the use of administrator back on?

Because they all think this is "instant" help and expect a reply in 2
minutes not 2 hours..............after 2 minutes they start phoning
friends....relatives.....co workers..........anyone.................
