Hello,

I have followed Security FAQ to set up security for my
Access database. Unfortunately, the new user that I
created and assigned to Admins group doesn't have any
Admin rights (Can't assign permission for other users,
etc)? I am wondering whether I need change owner of the
db to the new user at same time? Or there is anything
else i need to do?

Are you certain that you have logged on as that user? Are you certain that
you are connected to the workgroup information file you used when securing
the database?
 
I had to assign all rights to Admins group to let the new
user have all rights.

I'm glad you got it working, but it is a bit strange that you had to assign
rights to the Admins group.
