URGENT routing help needed

[Thunder]

I have a system connected to my box via a LAN card, this system has its own
net recognised IP 203.88.XXX.xxx , they need a constant flow in both
directions, of data not much but constant. my box's net connection is a
dial-up with permanent IP 203.88.XXX.yy .
now can some one give me a step by step to setup a static rout on a win2k
advanced server. any other info I can supply quickly.
