GeeGee

Didn't get a response before, so trying this again.

Everything echoes through our speakers. Music, games,
Windows sounds........you name it. How can we get rid of
this?

Thanks!

Hi Kelly,

The mic has always been muted. Can you suggest anything
else? Thanks.

Does your sound card software come with audio "environments"? I know
that Creative software does and so does the Soundman software that
comes with Realtek onboard chips. If so, check to see that no
enviroment is selected.

You might want to search your computer for sound settings like echo, reverb,
etc... sounds like someone has played with the default settings on the sound
card- to create the echo effect. My onboard sound card has about 30
different settings. Try the defaults
