SP3 has not yet been released, as far as I'm aware.

Service Pack 3 (SP3) is still in test phases. It should not be
installed on any PC that has "important" files since if the service
pack fails to work correctly, you may have to re-format / re-install
XP (SP3 may not uninstall correctly / completely.)

Un-install SP3, is you can.

Thanks, but I'm pretty sure you meant to reply to the OP, not me. I haven't
installed SP3. :)

Yes! Sorry! Had problems with the Google Group web interface since my
ISP no longer has USENET servers.

Sorry for typing error, my system is XP SP2. I have tried to restrat the
Remote Access Connection Manager Services but at in vains . It came with an
error message Error 126 The designated module could not be found.
Some information to supplement is that before the probelm occurred, my
anti-virus software detected a file sens.dll infected with Trojan.Patched and
quarantined it while another infected file wups32.dll in system32 was killed.

Please help

First of all, make sure the computer is clean. Some files may be damaged.
Run system file checker to restore damaged files. This post may help.

mmc cannot open the file . . .Step 2: Run System File Checker ======== 1.
Click Start, click Run, type cmd and click OK. 2. Type the following command
and press Enter: sfc /scannow ...

and copy this dll to /windows/system32/ and restart service again

I found this way becourse my NOD32 AV is quarantine this dll file

Hi - since you haven't replied to an existing post, nor included any of the
original text in your reply, it's highly unlikely that anyone will know what
you're referring to, unfortunately.
