Urgent - Recovering Network Password

Something changed our buisness's network's admin password and now we're
locked out. How do you recover admin. control and get it back to normal?
Help me please!

Is there any knid of free service of any kind?
Just need it for one use really...
Our buget is really low.
Please help...

If this is for a workstation i.e. 2000/pro here is a tip.

You can do a parallel install on the system, (i.e. install the OS to another
dir) and then go in and delete the SAM file. When you reboot back into the
previous install, then you will be able to login with Administrator and
blank password.

But this doesn't work on dc's etc. Just member servers and standalone
servers and workstations. I would use one of the tools personally :)

You can go to link below. Easiest way is to download cdrom iso zip file. Unzip
it, burn iso to cdrom and then boot from it. It will boot into linux. Follow
prompts. For the most part just hit enter until you get to part about resetting
password - I think you choose * for blank. You have to answer a few prompts from
