URGENT!!!!! Problem on shared folders

--

Hi, i have already installed a new 2003 r2 server in my w2000 domain.
It is a member server thats controls AD, i made the adprep /forest and
/domainprep, all worked ok, the dcpromo too. the problem is that the
shared folders on that server are not accesible, no one can acces with
his user and pass. either the domain Administrator.
Help plz, tx.

Have you tried un-sharing and re-sharing the folders? You'll have to
rebuild the access control lists so maybe start with one.

do you have an error message, something like "access is denied" ? did you
checked the NTFS permissions?
Have you tried to access the share locally from that server?
