I have just cleaned my neighbours harddisk and tried installing Windows Xp
on his computer. I have booted on the cd and chosen the partition/disk that
it should be installed on (sorry for my english). Then it does like it is
supposed to do: copies the files and boots...
Then it starts up memtest and so on but stops after checking cdromdrive,
harddisk etc. with the message: please insert bootdisk !
(I have altered the bios, so it starts with the default(A, cdrom, C) but
have tried the setting[only C])
What is wrong??

Go back into the Bios and disengage all boot options with
the exception of the CD ROM.
