Urgent:Outlook XP and Outlook 98

Hi

I had installed Office XP into a user's computer. After configuring his
profile, he's not able to open ihs inbox. However, when I uninstalled Office
XP and installed office 97 with outlook 98, user is able to open his inbox
and read his email.

Any idea what's happening?

HI,
have you checked the permission for the pst file?
Are you in a network? If so, please install office as the user (with admin
permission=`)
