Hi!
I have an embarrassing problem.
I succeeded with locking out the Administrator account on the DC
(Windows 2000 SP4) by not paying enough attention when I set up the
group policy for who can log on locally.
I've been jumping up and down on my head, so I don't need any help
with that!
I've tried to boot the DC in safe mode with no luck. "The local policy
of this system does not allow you to log in locally" same result as in
normal mode.
However, I do have access to all systemfiles from some workstations
that are members of the domain. I can mount the DC:s systemdisk (C$)
and reach all files there.
Is there anyway that you can edit the policy on the server (through
it's filesystem) from a local workstation?
Is there any other way of solving the problem?
Thanks for your help!!!
