URGENT: I CANT CHANGE MY START MENU!!

Please help me out!!!!! For some reason, I have lost the
ability to right-click on, move items around, oradd or
delete items from my start menu and "All Programs" list.
I had my computer out for serice, and the guy ran an auto-
sorting batch on my programs list (which I didn't want)
and now i can't change anything!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME
OUT!!!!!

Right click on your Start button, choose properties
then Customize...
then Advanced
Check "Enable Dragging And Dropping"
Press OK
Press OK again
