When you go to a command prompt, and type "net accounts" what is the
computer role?

Dear Bobby:
Thanks for give me a reply!
When I type "net accounts",the computer role is "server".
The server is in a workgroup. In the "local users and groups", I can
add new user, but when I finish the job, the new user disappear and all the
other user include administrator is invisible. I click any group such as
"administrators" group, I can not see "administrator",only my current
loginname . When I want to add new user into groups, I can not see any
user,so I can not add any user into groups. But when I go to a command
prompt, and type "net user" , it show me all the users!!

Anyone can help me?
Thanks very much!
