URGENT-How to switch from English to Spanish on keyboard%

Hi. I have gone into my control panel because I need to
toggle back and forth between English and Spanish.
Apparently, I must have not checked the right boxes when
going thru the steps and it does not work. My 1st
language on my computer is English and I need a copy of
instructions to toggle from English with a list of the
Spanish symbols. How quickly do you respond? Need immed.

immediately....oh, really...maybe you shoulda thought about this before a
critical time contraint......
 
Maybe he should stop being such a jerk and realize that other people may not
see his needs as something that "they" must attend to, "immediately". Just
another form of temper tantrum that many children have (-:
