Urgent - How to import csv file into contacts

The help file states that csv files may be imported. I have a fresh
Outlook 2002 and want to import a csv file of contact information. I
cannot see how this can be does using the wizard. There is no csv
option

Yes there is.
File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Comma
Separated Values

I cannot see csv import in win98se but i do see it now in XP so problem
fixed.
