URGENT - Help Please! "Application Failure: Iexplore.exe 6.0 in Mshtml.dl "

I have several computers on my network that constantly
receive the above error when the users access a certain
program that they NEED to run in IE6. Usually this occurs
when they try to save changes in the program. All pc's
are running Win2K with IE6, and all service packs and
updates are installed. I've checked the affected
computers for viruses, spyware, etc. I've also tried
replacing the mshtml.dll file with a newer version, I've
tried removing the 3rd party browser options, I've
Ghosted them using a clean image...all with no luck. I'm
thinking that it possibly is a conflict with the program,
but all of the computers run this program and not all of
them are receiving this error. Any ideas? I need to get
this issue resolved ASAP and it is driving me crazy!
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

it does sound like a conflict, guess i would look to see
what programs are running on the affected pcs, as opposed
to the unaffected ones.
