urgent help on organization chart

i m using organization chart after fourth level deep it
gives me a error mesg that can not add more subordinates.
u r exceeding max numberr...... i m using office 2000 and
98 is my os.

kinly guide me as soon as possible

Joy, I'm not sure if you're trying to add more lines to a box in the org
chart, or if you're trying to just add more boxes.

If it's add more lines to a box, see if this helps.

If it's add more boxes, well, I can't seem to replicate the error here.
(Just did a quick test and was able to add 7 "layers" of subordinates.)
You might have better luck just using PPT's autoshapes and smart
connectors (Those are on the autoshapes menu under Lines) to draw your
Org Chart. You might also want to consider using Visio to create your
Org Charts and then import those into PPT.

To save you from totally recreating the Org Chart, you might want to
exit Org Chart, and on the slide, right-click the Org Chart and choose
Grouping/Ungroup. Then you can regroup each box and its text so you can
move those around more easily.
