URGENT HELP NEEDED

I apparently had a virus on my computer and I lost two files (spoolrg.exe and svchost.exe) from my c:\windows directory. I can log onto my computer fine but every program I try to use and error window pops up saying it can't find c:\..... (the program I am trying to open). Somehow I can use the internet and windows explorer and thats it. I tried using my XP cd to upgrade and that did nothing. Can someone please help me?
 
Missing system files can be recovered by using System File Checker. Go to
run and type sfc /scannow. Insert XP cd when prompted. Jym
