I messed up my user account and now i am unable to view my previous profile
"document". I think i deleted my own admin account and now i only have
limited access to the my own PC. I went through the "conrol userpasswords2"
and account settings it shows only Administrator under the administrative
group. I try to add a new account in the control panel setting with my
previous username "fanatismcabal" to restore everything back but it says the
account is already exist. Now my desktop only shows Norton Protected Recycle
Bin and my Dial up connection whenever i boot my pc.

Please help me in this matter. I will provide relevant infomation if needed.
Thanks!!!!

I'm not sure what exactly you did, but log in as Administrator and use
System Restore to go back to a date before you changed things.

I did the same thing and I tried system restore and could only go back one
day. I tried to go back more but it would not restore it only yesterday.

I dont have a system restore point. Is there anything else i can do? Or do i
have to reinstall Windows again?

Log in as Administrator (why do I think I already wrote this answer
somewhere else?) and create a new user account, naming it something
different from your original user account. Give the new account
administrative privileges. Log into that new account. Copy over the
data from your old account (and you may need to take ownership). Search
for the files. Here are links to help:
