Hi there,
I am webmaster of a site that works perfectly well, ASP and so on.
On this site, we have a StoreFront E-commerce part where people can buy
products from. Another part of this SF, gives, apart from me, one person
access to a ssl folder (ssl/admin) for settling the transactions and so
on. This folder is protected with a network username & password.

My problem is this:
I can access this report.asp page, but the person from the comapny
cannot. She gets an error something like this: HTTP 500 - Internal
Server Error.

What I cannot understand, is why she gets this error and I not. I have
phoned the hosting comapny and on two different machines had no problem
to access this page. I have asked a good friend of mine to try this, and
also had NO prblem.
This lady's machine, WIN XP, works through a network.

Will someone please be so kind and shed some light here. Why can
everybody get access to the page, and not this one person who should get
access?

Regards,
Deon

You aren't getting the error message at this point. She needs to disable
friendly HTTP error messages in Internet Explorer (Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced tab) before you'll be able to see the error.

This isn't a FrontPage issue. It's a StoreFront issue. You'll get the help
you need from them.

Well, Dion, I'm an Internet programmer, and from what you described, it's an
issue with the StoreFront application. If you want to get an answer, you'll
go to them.
