Urgent Help Needed: Unable to Open AD Snap-In

We tried to implement a new GPO at our domain, and now we
are unable to open the Active Directory Snapin the error
returns that

"Naming Information Cannot Be Located Because The Login
Attempt FailednCheck That your Domain Conntroller Online".

Please help. Thanks.

What changes did you make in the new GPO? There error that you are
receiving is usually related to a network problem, it can also be caused by
an old proxy client. Try the following articles:

If those fail then run netdiag and dcdiag against the DC to check for
errors.
