Urgent help needed guys and gals

Just turned my Lads PC on and lots happening.

I get a mouse pointer, which is movable and lots of HDD activity but nothing else

HDD light just keeps going.

No desktop which has Gears 5 theme running
He gonna be gutted as he here this weekend.

I'm no expert with WIN 10
I have removed 1 stick of ram.
GFX is ok otherwise I wouldnt get a pic of BIOS and no pointer

Dont know what to do

How long does it wait there for? Have you hard powered off/on again?

I'd see if you can get in to safe mode, via the "From a black or blank screen" option from this page:
