Urgent help needed: AD Snap-in couldn't open

We modified the GPO at our domain, and now we are unable
to open the Active Directory Snapin the error returns
that:

"Naming Information Cannot Be Located Because The Login
Attempt Failed Check That your Domain Conntroller Online"

Please help recovering the access to snap-in. Thanks.
