hello

i brought a laptop from ebay a couple of years ago, and hardly used it as i got a brand new laptop from my work around the same time so it has been lying around untouched.

recently i tried going on it and realised i had forgotten my password to the user accounts and also the password for the admin !

and also to top things off i have lost the bios password aswell :S

can somebody help me tackle this problem a.s.ap.

you'll need to get in touch with microsoft or the laptop manufacturer
