Urgent : Error in IIS/Win2KAS/Asp.NET/C#/ADSI

I am not able to run any of my asp.net application(even a simple helloworld .aspx file) in my windows 2000 advanced server after configuring Active Directory in my System. If i uninstall all the AD settings and repaired my dotnet framework everything is going on very fine. but the problem comes only when i configure my server as a DC. Plz help me :::
 
This is a very common problem. Take a look at this KB:

Keep in mind that running a webserver from a DC is not a good idea,
securitywise, in general.
