Urgent: Copyright Information about Clip Art

Hi,

Could I use default Power point Clip Art for the design
of a commercial package (I'm creating a package for a new
familly Game)?

Please Help me since I couldn't find any information
about copyright\licensing of Office Clip Art

Hi Farid,

Go to: http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/
And click on Legal at the bottom of the page, then click
on Office Online End User License Agreement to find the
information.

Basically you can use it as long as it's not being sold as
clip art or the major component of what you're selling.

I choose to purchase clip art for the commercial game
templates that I designed.

Is the game you created on

place where you purchase the clipart?
If not from where you purchased the cliparts?

FTC publishes the game templates I created.

I bought the clip art at Best Buys, they have lots and
lots for very reasonable prices. The package I bought was
only $30.
