Can someone please advise on what functions are lost when converting between
Access 200 to 2003.

I presume you meant Access 2000, unless you have a version of Access from Anno
7 Imperator Septimus Severus... <g>

I upgraded from 2000 to 2002 with NO loss of function. The only thing that
seemed to be lost was a lot of bugs and instability. 2003 is even better. Go
for it.
