URGENT - CEO on my back. Distribution groups in Outlook

I have a distribution list set up and I want to send
everyone the email. I do not want every person's email
address to display, I only want their name. Is there a
way to turn off sending everyone's email address in a sent
message?

The CEO is asking this question.

You'd have to put the DL in the BCC field. Then you could create a blank DL
and put it in the To field.

Yes in the address To:.. put your name then put the
Click to expand...
names you want to send to in the BCC (blind carbon copy)
and hit send
