URGENT- adding a bound field to an already done report

I have the report and I need to add a field from one of my tables. I know
that normally I would go to the field list but it isnt listed there. How do I
add It? Please Help!
 
What is the report based on (what is the data source)?

It is most likely a query. Just update the query to include the field you
need, then it will be available in your report.
