Dear all

Is there a way to install security bulletin with a power user priviledge

The reason for that is that we do not give full administrative rights to our customer to avoid installation of unvalidated and tested component

No. Critical security patches are just like service packs...they must be
installed with admin privs.
You shoud look at using Software Update Services to deploy critical
updates. It is free and you not have to give users additional rights.
