Urchin Tracker

My friend is useing a website and is controlling it using an urchin tracker. Here is the code for it.

Can anyone tell me how i could do this, Where i need to go, What site and what to do.

Urchin is now a free bit of software from Google, and you can sign up for it here:

http://www.google.com/analytics/

It will let you generate some similar code, which you can then paste in your own site
