Hello,

I appreciate any help/suggestions that you can offer.
Last week I purchased a new system with Windows XP. The
print on the screen was smaller than I preferred, so I
have been trying to find the solution to make it bigger.

In the small manual that came with the system, I found
(page 27) that I could go through accessibilty wizard to
configure text size. At the time that I entered
accessibiltiy wizard, I was online. When I found one of
the suggestions was to decrease the resolution, I did
so...and poof, my display screen has turned upside down,
and reads left to right.

I "hit escape" once (as suggested), and no change. I shut
down the computer, figuring it would reset, and still no
change.

Can anyone offer a solution to this problem?
Thanks!

Hello
did you plug your monitor is upsidedown :)
no just kidding :)
I have never heard of such a thing
I would take it back to where I got tell then to give you
one you didn't have to stand on your head to read
if it did that in a week there isn't no telling what
could happen in a month
I know it isn't funny but that is weird :) ;)Good Luck
Jim

Open Control Panel, open Display, go to the Settings tab (which by the way
is the proper location for changing screen resolution), click advanced, go
through the tabs looking for a setting that will invert your screen again.
If you see something such as nVidia Control Panel, the setting might be
there. We've seen this issue a lot lately with nVidia cards. If you can't
find a tab with this setting, you should inquire of your system
manufacturer's tech support or the store where you purchased the system.

Hi, I found the same problem with our IBM pc with an Intel video card.
Finally I found in the
configuration/monitor/properties/advanced/Intel(R) Extreme
Graphics/graphic properties/Shortkeys: Ctrl-Alt-Up = Normal view <>
Ctrl-Alt-Down is 180 degrees (upside down)

Good Luck,
AJ.
