'uPnP device host' service problem

Hi, all.

I am using the uPnP components.
Target image normally boots, but 'uPnP device host' service is not started.
Therefore, using the Service Control Manager I try to start it manually, but
not started ... Its dependent service of 'SSDP Discovery Service' already
started.

How do I resolve this problem?
