Uploading

Each time I try to upload my website, it gets part way through transfering
the file. Whenever it gets to 'processing web updates' and error message
appears (box with a yellow ! triangle) with the number 553 in it!

Any ideas????
 
Please post the *exact* error message.

Oddly, there was no 'message'. Just a box with the yellow "!" triangle and
the number 553 in it. I have tried to modify some of the pages I am uploading
but still the same error appears at the same point. The pages up to this
point are uploading successfully.
