Uploading

Someone started my web page for me but I need an upload program to add to or
access its files. Is there one in XP or can anyone suggest what I should use?

What was this site created with? If it was MS FrontPage and FP Extensions
are in use you can't use ftp, it'll break the extensions, you have to use
FrontPage.
