uploading via Dreamweaver

Charles Weaver Redruth England

I cannot upload a site via Dreamweaver. I get the error
meaasge "Remote Host Cannot be found" The hosting
company can't help as they say they know nothing about
dreamweaver. I can upload from a different computer
which leads me to believe that I have something set wrong
on my machine. Any assistance is welcome. Charles
