Uploading problem server error

I keep trying to upload updates to my website, and I am
continuously getting these types of error messages:

Server error: Cannot close file (and then it lists the
page and file location.) Help!
 
Search the hidden .web files and delete with FP closed, then open and try to
publish. If you still have the problem, contact your host.
