uploading photos

hi can anyone help..i want to upload a pic to a site but the dimensions on
the pic are too big. it was taken on my phone, how can i alter the dimensions
or if not how do i take a pic that will fit in size etc. thanks....a.s.a.p.

Once it's on your puter, you can resize it with picture and fax viewer or
download the free Irfanview. Just do a search for it. There are several free
photo editing progs on the net.
