Uploading photos, videos

I used to be able to upload photos and videos to websites or e-mail them with
no problem, but one day (very suddenly) I couldn't. When I try, it just
doesn't happen. The page will sit there thinking for about 3 minutes before
going to a "Page cannot be displayed" screen. This often happens when I am
trying to simply change the page too. I can still send photos and videos over
msn messenger though. Why is this happening? Is something blocking it? Is my
computer swamped with spyware or some crap causing it to run slowly? How do I
find out?
 
Are you sending them through FTP or e-mail? If your doing FTP and using IE
you might want to try something else. You can do it in the old command
prompt "AKA DOS" or you can try this program which is free for doing FTP
uploads.
