Use File/Export in Outlook Express and choose Outlook as the target.
That is if, indeed, you are talking about Outlook Express, not Outlook
2000. I see you are using Vista so I assume you are speaking about
another computer being as Vista doesn't come with Outlook Express.

No such thing as Outlook Express 2000.
If you have Outlook Express 5 or 6, with Outlook 2007 installed on the same
machine, just do File-Export-Messages in Outlook Express. If you are trying
to move OE messages from one machine to Outlook 2007 on another, then we
need to know the OS of the machine that has Outlook 2007 on it.

There isnt an Outlook Express 2000.
Are/were you using Outlook Express or Outlook 2000?
