Uploading of JPG file with FTP

My system is XP Home with SP2.

I tried to upload a *.jpg onto my webpage. But it always returns an
incomplete error at the 22% mark.

Why is it so? Does XP provide its own FTP software? ( I am using an
evaluation copy of the FTP)

Hi,
Try Internet Explorer. Enter the address in the form of
ftp://nameoftheFTPserver.com Copy/move files as if you're using Windows
Explorer.
