clueless about Vista

I need to know how to just upload software to one user, not all. I don't know
how to do it. I uploaded my daughter's barbie mp3 player and now on all of
the users desktops it show barbie girls.com.. Please help>...

This would depend on the software being loaded, not on Vista. If software
installs to the All User group when it installs, it will be seen by all
users. Only the software installer can control who will and won't see it.
There's nothing you can adjust or change in Vista to prevent this.

Locate the shortcut. Most likely it is a single shortcut in
\Users\Default\Desktop. Move it \Users\<daughters account>\Desktop.

There's an outside chance that a shortcut was placed in the desktop folder
for each user. I doubt it but if the shortcut doesn't disappear from
everyone else's desktop after the move (may want to try a restart if it's
removal is not immediate), that's the next angle to attack this from.
Locate the shortcut in each user's account (except your daughter's) and
delete.
