uploading in a specific area

I would like people visiting my family site to be able to upload a text in a
specific area of a page.
The page is a calendar, for family members to upload their own birthdays,
anniversaries etc....
the page is divided in

january
.....................(upload here for january b'day)
february
.................... (upload here for feb b'day)
etc to december

in FP2002.
I can do the form, the selection drop box.... but if someone chooses
February... how to make the text go to the Feb part of the page (short of
creating one page per month and one form per month)..... and even more
difficult (would be nice but not vital) how to get the texts to follow
numerical sequence like:

FEBRUARY:
01: John
15: Mary
18: .....

Any of this possible? and of course how?

You need to be able to use a server-side scripting language such as ASP,
PHP, etc. and a database or search for a 3rd party calendar service, etc.
