i want to know if its possible for someone to upload things and be sent to my
email, because i dont think my webhost does not support tis feature for items
to be uploaded to the main server, so intead i want them too go to my e-mail,
but using a form. i dont wan't to use the email link that opens outlook.

Would require a custom upload script, the ability to store the file on the web server, and then send
an email with the uploaded file as an attachment, and the delete the uploaded file.

The easiest solution is to have the user attach the file to via the email client application.

you'd need a script to send email with attachments that can be done from a
form (frontpage form handler doesn't do this).
It's just easier to provide a link that will open the user's email program
with a new message

Don't assume everyone has Outlook....
