Care to describe again exactly what you want to do? Vista doesn't have
Outlook Express, it has Windows Mail. Moreover there is no such application
as "Microsoft Express".

I too have just loaded Office 2007 onto a new computer and would like to move
my old emails from Outlook Express (which are on an external hard drive) to
the new program. How is this done? Laurie

Configure WIndows Mail to use your Outlook Express dbx files (methods for
which you should consult an Outlook Express or Windows Mail newsgroup), then
export your messages from Windows Mail to Outlook with File>Export>Messages.
